A briefing paper is a short discussion of a technical topic with emphasis placed on the analysis and conclusions of the author. The format of each paper will include the following:

2. Complete a briefing summary on the topic described in assignment 1, a one page summary. This summary purpose is to brief the balance of class.
The briefing summary paper is a short 3-5 min discussion of topic in assignment #1 presented to the class. Your emphasis should be placed on the analysis and conclusions of the author.
The briefing paper will be no longer than one (1) pages, ready for submission to the class by the beginning of class. Each class member will brief the class with this summary.
