What kinds of influence would be appropriate for building a stronger relationship with that person? What are the expectations for a project manager and the stakeholders? In your experience how does the Project Manager include stakeholders in the project? What are your recommendations?
The relationship I would use is one with a co-worker who does not cooperate in reporting for work on time, nor does not know how to properly do her job. With her not knowing her job, I am assigned all of the tasks, which exhausts me most days.
