Then the second part discuss how equitable and inclusive are the IPC towards deaf sport and athletes and what can they do better. Further discuss key concepts like power may be the reason the IPC exclude the deaf community,
Finally just a small section discuss: are there any changes being made by the IPC to include deaf athletes into the Paralympics, and projects in the making? if not just advise of a few recommendations for the IPC to make the Paralympics equitable and inclusive for deaf athletes
