Define and describe each of the following 5 health care market trends: CDHP, HDHP, HSA, HRA , FSA. For each trend, your essay must include both: 1. A definition and description with the following key points (as applicable): Definition of the acronym and general description of the plan, ownership and/or funding source, tax advantages, whether or not they must be linked/coupled with another plan, maximum limits on coverage or reimbursement, what happens to unspent funds, portability (i.e.what happens to funds if the employee terminates). 2. Enrollment statistics: This section of your report must be data-driven. Research current enrollment statistics in order to determine 1) general enrollment statistics, as well as 2) whether enrollment in each of the trends seems to be increasing or decreasing. This essay requires you to do significant research using CREDIBLE, SCHOLARLY sources of information, as opposed to using any website that provides information on the topic via simple “Google search”. Your sources should be “academic” and information-based rather than commercial.

Begin the project by conducting an environmental scan using the World Wide Web. Focus on leadership issues within a diverse early childhood setting. Identify the factors you have selected for analysis, current status of the issues, impact of the issues on your school or system, future developments foreseen, and impact on planning. Once the environmental scan is complete, develop a school improvement change initiative. Identify the planning model, strengths and weaknesses in the planning process, changes that are expected (and those that might be unexpected) as a consequence of the change plan, and what responses are appropriate to those consequences. The project should be written in APA format, include a title page, a reference page, and appropriate in text citations. Heavy reliance on a review of the literature is recommended.
