Please create a plan based on the proposal I have come up with for Pixar. The plan should start as of June 1, 2016 and end June 1, 2018.
Pixar wants to strongly utilize Pixar University to its advantage by recruiting and employing internally instead of externally, and having a reward system for its employees that is competitive enough to encourage its employees to stay within the company. Pixar can succeed with more staff with certain expertise in each field. Pixar wants to open a retail store right next door to Disney, selling its own products.
Pixar is looking to improve internally by remaining technologically innovative, maintaining its creative culture, shortening film production time while still delivering high quality films, increasing revenue, remaining competitive, and also maintaining its customer loyalty.

Please note that the main Goals for Pixar is to use Pixar University to strengthen creative capabilities and offer the best quality films, shorten film production time so that it does not take 2 years for its films to be produced, Increase revenue, and open a retail store right next to Disney to sell its own products.
Also talk about the 3 creative groups for upcoming movies to be overseen by President Ed Catmull, and Vice President John Lasseter.
Please explain how this plan will help Pixar succeed in fulfilling these strategic goals with future movies that Pixar has coming out in the next 2 years.
