Human diversity is a very important aspect within the field of criminal justice. Additionally, working with diverse clients and co-workers can be both rewarding and challenging.Do you consider yourself to be effective when interacting with people of diverse backgrounds? Why or why not? What methods do you believe can be used to help make interactions more comfortable for you, clients, and/or co-workers?
