Required to produce a final paper which will explore how health care facilities are complying with a specific law, regulation, or court decision. You may relate your final paper to your working/professional experiences. Discuss the career and significance of Andrew Jackson in the context of the liberty v. order concept. By now, you are thoroughly aware of the political views of Thomas Jefferson (Liberty) and Alexander Hamilton (Order). I believe that even today we tend to divide into either a Hamiltonian viewpoint or a Jeffersonian viewpoint. So, tell us: are you a Hamiltonian or a Jeffersonian in terms of your view of government and its role? Be specific, explaining your view with at least two specific reasons.
