The Negative Effects of Copyright Laws on Business Innovations.

SOME CONSIDERATIONS

The research was conducted to determine if performing arts subscriptions could be increased in quantity (are there more likely subscribers out there) if the payment model was changed to a monthly, recurring charge, instead of what most arts organizations offer: a once a year charge (some split payments into two or three).

The data was collected over a three-week period using Amazon’s mTurk. The paper will have to discuss (and reference academic articles) about the validity of using mTurk. Respondents were paid 10 cents each for completing the survey. The paper will also have to discuss how the mTurk process works. Data was reported into Qualtrix. Descriptive statistic demonstrate that there would be an increase in sales using the monthly, recurring charge model (see attached statistic). Comparative statistic demonstrated nothing of significance.

I have included the original proposal (see: Subscriptions) as well as a number of references for the literature review. Please feel free to use any and all of these as well as any others you find. It is important they are largely from academic journals.

There is only one known nonprofit theatre company using both traditional and monthly payment methods (ACT) and an email interview is included.

The paper should follow a traditional academic research article format.

SOME THOUGHTS (These don\’t necessarily have to be included, but can be):
Current changing patterns in arts attendance can’t be considered in a silo. They must considered in light of other changes in consumerism.

People with time and money: These are people who subscribe. They are largely retires whose children have moved out.

What was the old subscription model? How does it operate? How does it fit into the history of the arts? What research is there about arts subscriptions?

What is happening with arts attendance in America today? In decline. Do people have less time, less money, or both?

Supply and demand. Is there more or less supply?

Where is their money going?

The variable of price in the arts. How do people feel about price? What is “competition”? Expand on what “competition” is: include anything taking a monthly subscription fee. We think in terms of “other arts organizations” but should think in terms of “discretionary.”

New discretionary spending (last thirty years):
Lotteries (low cost, repeated payment) and casinos (high cost, single payment)
Travel
Internet, cable, cell phone, gaming, big box restaurants

This order is my MBA dissertation, so please I would like to get more attention to the guide lines below.

My dissertation title will be \”Oil price reduction and how it affects the oil and gas sectors\”.

My paper will be divided into the following:

The history and reason of the oil reduction

• Literature (4000 words)
How affected organizations react in Gulf region.

• Research question (1000 words)
Looking specifically at Qatar, what have organizations in this country done?

• Method (1000 words)
Three or four case studies (in Qatar) including RasGas Company

• Results (3000 words)
Chose two (2) case studies to discuss more (RasGas company will be one of the companies and another company that can be significant differences between them for comparison.

• Discussion (2000 words)
Compare the previous two Case Studies with what have been discussed in the Literature chapter (are they followed what has been written in the literature or not, if yes or no, reason and differences should be clarified. What is the best case to be followed explaining the reason, strength, weakness and achievements)

• Conclusion (1500 words)
Summary of above

Total number of words should be limited with fifteen thousands (15000) words, so 600 words are remaining that can be distributed within the chapters as per the writer needs.

In Task 1 you were to choose one of two scenarios from which to complete a capital planning
exercise. That exercise included an identification of required physical characteristics and a

\”Results interpretation and implications\”
Explain every finding in a text and give your results interpretation. Implication is a discussion of your given results.
a) Include your option on why the results came out as they did .
b) include previous research on the same topic and discuss your results with past research, don\’t forget to cite a reference.
c) give suggestions on how your results should be used (for further action, for further research) and who should be informed and use your results.

When a person is performing the acts which constitute undue influence, it is a
subtle form of persuasion exercised over a period of time. If the matter is proved

So this is a site analysis of a museum BUT and the representation of the stolen generation through testimonies and stories at the Bunjilaka Museum. Do not stress, the documents that I will be putting forward have detailed explanations about the site ( open for you to reference).

I would like the site analysis to be focused on HOW the stolen generation of aboriginal Australians are conveyed in the site ( either through testimonies or stories). I will attach a essay which explains how it is conveyed. I want to see how the Stolen Generation was impacted by assimilation policies and how the government denied that they were responsible. I would like to include ways that Aboriginal communities can provide hands-on experiences, to help strengthen their cultural awareness, identity and the connection they share with their ancestors and also by exploring self-determination that will provide insight to the traditional values and beliefs that Indigenous Australians need to preserve.

Apart from this, I would also like these key questions answered

1) How and with what implications does the site/exhibition that you choose represent both collective and individual memory?
2. How and with what implications does the site/exhibition that you choose represent trauma?
3. How and with what implications does the site/exhibition that you choose represent the relationship between history and memory?

Furthermore, I will attach every site analysis on the internet to further your understanding on the subject.
