Topic: STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS

I select one of the corporate social responsibility reports of Coca-Cola and prepare a written stakeholder analysis using the Five Key Questions of Stakeholder Management.
1. First identify all the stakeholders addressed by the company’s CSR report.
2. Next select one stakeholder group targeted in the report and determine how the company addressed the Five Key Questions of Stakeholder Management with regards to the selected stakeholder. When appropriate use evidence/specifics from the report to support your answer(s).

Topic: Leadership

Order Description

Critically analyse one or two of the areas covered in the module with reference to an organization you are familiar with. I can upload the module study book. I would like to critically analyse the area of leadership with reference to Apple.

Assignment guidance

1. The objective is to explore some area(s) of the module that interest you in the context of a real organisation.

2. Most organisational issues are complex and it is likely that more than one factor may be important in any situation. For example, one of the challenges of leadership is about understanding and managing the organisation’s culture, and this may well affect motivation within the organisation. However, attempting to cover too many areas in one assignment will inevitably lead to a superficial piece of work. It is perfectly acceptable to comment on how different factors interact but focus the discussion on one or two topics to provide greater depth of analysis.

3. The purpose of the assignment is to utilise theory to analyse practice. An assignment that makes little or no reference to a real organisational situation and appropriate theoretical and conceptual issues will not fulfil the above brief and is likely to receive a fail grade.

4. The assignment asks for a critical analysis. This is not simply a description either of the situation in your organisation of choice or of relevant theory. It means using the theory to explain what went on in the organisation – not just what happened, but why things happened in a particular way and why they led to particular outcomes. Here a critical analysis means evaluating the utility of theory – how far is it of assistance in understanding organisational issues and problems and suggesting recommendations for future practice?

5. In summary, your assignment needs to do the following:

 demonstrate a critical understanding of a range of relevant literature
 apply this appropriately in order to analyse one or two organisational topics covered on the module
 facilitate insights and understanding of both theory and practice and enable conclusions to be drawn about both.

Topic: History of the United States From 1877

#1. COMPARISON-CONTRAST BIOGRAPHY:
The textbook you need is “Making History: A Personal Approach to Modern American History by Bruce Olav Solheim- ISBN: 978-1-63189-382-7” , and I purchased already. I will uploade it, and you must let me know if the file has any issue that cannot be opened.
Write a 5-page paper (double-spaced including sources web links used page) Compare the two people (President Franklin D. Roosevelt & President John F. Kennedy) and find out how they are similar. Then, contrast the two people and highlight how they and their experiences are different. Focus on why they are important and their historical significance. You should use at least “three” sources of information in addition to the textbook (show me the number of pages). I expect this paper to have a bibliography and citations (MLA style is fine). Be sure to include “a title” for the paper.

#2. In approximately 200 words explain how World War II impacted America domestically. Use your own words. (No sources require)

I purchased this order with 6-page, so don’t worry about it. Write 5 pages for the #1 and 1 page(275words) for the #2.

Topic: LEADERSHIP AND THE MANAGMNET OF STRATEGIC CHANGE

Order Description

Eg: Assignment Task:
“Where does leadership begin? Where change begins”. James MacGregor Burns
Tesco remains the UK’s largest supermarket chain but, according to Sir Terry, the brand has lost its reputation for low prices.
“Tesco is the biggest, people expect it to have the best prices for the products that they buy,” he said. “Some of that trust has been eroded.” A Which? survey in December found that Asda is now the UK’s cheapest supermarket.
Tesco lost a number of senior executives under Mr Clarke’s regime. And that has continued, with four key Tesco executives – Chris Bush, the UK managing director, Carl Rogberg, the UK finance director, Kevin Grace, the group commercial director, and John Scouler, food commercial director – all leaving the retailer following the accounting scandal. Five others remain suspended. “Too many of those were allowed to go in too short a period of time,” said Sir Terry. “There was a shortage of experience.”
“In the end that’s a failure of leadership, not a failure of the business, not a failure of the people who work hard every day in the business,” Sir Terry said.
“When you’re the CEO, if it goes well, you get credit, if it doesn’t go well, you must take responsibility and Phil Clarke has taken that responsibility and paid the price with his job.”

*TASK:
———

The assessment of this module challenges all students to translate leadership and management theory into practice. The brief example of Tesco scenario above provides the vehicle for introducing the assessment. Students will critically examining the theories and concepts covered over the course of the semester through a case study of their choice. Demonstrating the depth of their knowledge and understanding of leadership and the management of strategic change.
This assessment is based upon application of course concepts and models to a contemporary case study of your choice. The selected case study should be an organisation/ business/ third sector that have gone through significant change within the last 10 years.
Taking the role of a management consultant, you have been requested to provide a report to help the leadership team of the organisation to improve their leadership and management of strategic change.
Your task is first to analyse the approach to leadership within the specific contemporary business or organisation during the period of transformational change, or paradigm shift. It is important to identify important challenges faced by the leadership and to critically evaluate the outcome of the leadership style and approach in the organisation/ business. (Support your briefing paper with reference to a significant range of leadership and organisational development theories.)
Your conclusions and recommendations will provide a practical approach to the outcomes of the theories used, including specific insights into how the case study organisation could adopt new approaches to leadership and managing strategic change
The answer should include an understanding of leadership topics such as;
• trait/ behaviour,
• contingency/ situational
• Transformational theories including issues such as change management,
organisational culture, leaders as strategic learner etc.
• Transformational change and paradigm shifts will be a particular focus of the
answer.
Leadership, management style, globalisation, organisational culture, organisational structure, power and politics, leaders as strategic learners, change management are likely to be addressed. It is also important to identify and evaluate how knowledge of leadership and or and organisational development can improve a manager’s efficiency and effectiveness in managing an enterprise.

Tips:
Demonstration of a clear understanding of the issues. Use of academic theories and models. Critique of a range of leadership, change, culture and management models/approaches
Practical and pragmatic conclusions and recommendations.

Topic: explaining violence

explain domestic violence.
Your essay must address these key areas:

1. Definition

You will need to demonstrate your understanding of the topic at hand. In some cases, definitions of particular forms of violence are relatively straightforward. For other forms of violence, such as domestic violence, there are more than 200 definitions in law and academia. If there is debate about the definition this needs to be drawn together into a coherent argument.

2. Prevalence

You will also need to consider the prevalence of your chosen form of violence. Is there anything specific about the perpetrators/victims? Is it a universal phenomenon? Is it a current issue or one from the past? Does it happen frequently, like fighting on a Friday night? Or infrequently, like genocide? Why is this the case? Engage with theoretical explanations of violence here. A good starting place is chapter two in Alverez and Bachman (2014). Using statistics could help to support your argument here. Try to avoid descriptive writing within all sections.

3. Causes/Explanations

What are the academic arguments and debates around the causes of violence? Is there an academically understood reason for terrorism to occur? Is there debate concerning the reasons for spousal violence? Why do hooligans fight at football matches? Does your chosen form of violence have a wider purpose, like in war? Or might it be conceived of as an end in itself? Are there theoretical explanations of the causes of violence? Look through the academic literature and present the most plausible arguments for your chosen form of violence.

4. Prevention

If violence is an enduring problem, as Alverez and Bachman (2014) suggest, what are the best ways of preventing it? Always, within each section, maintain a link to your chosen form of violence. Is a cure for violence possible? Or is it inextricably linked to the human experience? Does gun legislation reduce gun-based violence? Do different forms of police intervention reduce domestic abuse?
