These are not necessarily questions to be answered in my paper, but, are questions that should be thought about when writing the essay; it helps give an idea of what should be researched. You explain why minority groups perform the way they due because of say low unemployment or language barriers, etc. But why has it been difficult to overcome that. What explains why black under perform than Asians if faced with similar obstacles. The paper needs a deeper critique; right now, it is just giving a basic overview and misses the point of the essay.
