) Ethics is the branch of philosophy that I have chosen to write on. I chose ethics because it is something that I use not only in my personal life; it is a huge part of my professional life.  The definition that is provided in the dictionary is ”Ethics is that branch of philosophy dealing with values relating to human conduct, with respect to the rightness and wrongness of certain actions and to the goodness and badness of the motives and ends of such actions” (The definition of ethics. (n.d.).  Ethics is the foundation on what religion is based on.In most religion followers strive to follow a path of teachings.  This path has been set down for them to follow by their predecessors on what acceptable behaviors are. For example with Christianity the Ten Commandments are a set of rules that are followed by believes as what is ethical behavior for them to do or not to do in their everyday lives. As in regards to the Ten Commandments they are ten things that one is not supposed to do. In most religions the writings and teachings are the same as ethics. These teachings give one the direction on how to act in their daily lives. Ethic is the same thing.My personal religious beliefs are things that I was taught as a child. In those teachings the basic behavior of a good person was taught to me. In those same teachings as I got older showed me that those behaviors are also the same as good ethical behavior as an adult not only in personal life but also my professional one too. Metaphysics is the attempt by man to define first principles and seeks to explain the nature of being or reality, and of the origin and structure of the world in multiple forms whether popular, subtle, perplexing, or difficult reasoning.  In its simplest terms, metaphysics ask, what is real? What exists?  Metaphysics consists of a perpetual examination of Truth.  The metaphysician seeks Truth, and makes an attempt to separate it from truth.  Perhaps the difference being, Truth is indeed a first principle and fits within the universe of man, whereas truth may fit within an individual’s concepts of truth, but only within his’ universe (“Epistemology/Metaphysics,” n.d.).            In religion, metaphysics can be experienced in different ways.  Metaphysically, an individual may seek a meditation time to become closer to God through thinking and dwelling on the existence of a divine being.  That application may be more in tune with metaphysically religion.  In contrast, someone deeply anchored in religious beliefs may believe that the existence of God is the first principle, and that Truth is foundationally dependent on following the principles presented in the Holy Bible, Quran, Torah, etc.  Which allows one to become closer to God.            Metaphysicians may practice prayers, but their prayers are more like affirmations.  They do not cajole, bargain, or plead with God.  They believe that their “Good” is here now and is within them to be found.  This meditation and affirmative prayer is a method that metaphysicians use to acknowledge God is at work in their lives.  More conventional believers offer prayers to God, which includes praise and honor; and request for inner strength and favors (“Epistemology/Metaphysics,” n.d.).            I believe that God really does exist, as do metaphysicians. But my first principle of Truth is that God Exists, and provided examples for us along with a legacy to lead us to Truth.  In my belief as God exists, his existence is beyond dimensions or powers that I can comprehend.  It would seem metaphysical that “God exists” because we are actually here.  In other words, it is a scientific fact that something cannot come from nothing.  Yet, here we are.  So, the Truth is because we are here and do exist, God must exist.

 Some health educators have observed that, for adults, the workplace provides a setting very similar to school for children: a place in which individuals spend a major part of their days and where they are often receptive to information. Unlike health care and community settings, school and workplace settings are generally based on specific grade levels, such as kindergarteners, or populations sharing a common purpose, such as factory workers. However, you can be creative and find applications for almost any program in almost any setting. For example, a program about safety seats for infants could be taken to employee groups to target working adults who may be new parents. A public health program is costly in time, expenditures, and effort. The stakes are high, and the aims are noble, often no less than improving the wellbeing of an entire community or group. The only way to determine whether the program has been worth these costs is to conduct thorough evaluations.
