Week _2 Discussion Question
Instructions
Initial posts to DQs need to be between 150-250 words long, and need a reference and associated in-text citation. References need to come from a scholarly source (I strongly recommend the GCU library), and the research needs to have been done in the United States. I realize that researchers are doing good and useful research in other countries, but for purposes of this course, research done in the United States will prove the most useful. The peer review source should not be older than five years. Feel free to use more than one sources the question. I have attached some notes, if you would like to use them. Please separate the questions. For instance, Discussion #1 and Discussion #2. (Do not run the responses together)
Note: Each Discussion Question has to have at least one source. Also, each question has to be at least 150 words. Please make sure you are in-texting based on the APA 6th edition Manual. Please make sure you separate the two questions, so that I can know the difference between them. The paper does not have to be in apa formatting, only the citing of your sources, to include the bibliography (reference).

Discussion #1
What significant reasons would you identify as why outside stakeholders should be included in decision-making efforts? Identify problems this arrangement might cause. Explain.

Discussion #2
Identify the pros and cons of using outside stakeholders in decision making. Explain.

abortion

5- Philosopher Mary Ann Warren maintains that a fetus does not become a person until sometime after birth, when the infant becomes a socially responsive member of a human community. Consequently, abortion is morally permissible at any stage of pregnancy. Do you agree with her? When do you think that the fetus becomes a person with certain rights?

Project Management

Create a guide to project closure. Discuss the key steps that project managers and teams must carry out in the course of
closing the project, and, in addition, identify and describe the categories of project termination.
Your essay must be at least three pages in length, not counting your title and reference pages. All sources used, including
the textbook, must be referenced. Paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations. All references and
citations used must be in APA style.

The seven steps of the formal project closeout are (1) finishing the work, (2) handing over the project, (3) gaining acceptance of the project, (4) harvesting the benefits, (5) reviewing how it all went, (6) putting it all to bed, and (7) disbanding the team.
