Calculate the number of moles of acid, alcohol and find out the % yield of your product.

Basing on the 1H NMR of your product, figure out the product and also the starting materials (Unknown acid and alcohol) and justify your answer.
Basing on the results from 1H NMR, calculate the number of moles of acid, alcohol and find out the % yield of your product. Draw the TLC and calculate the Rf of all the spots and mention the mobile and stationary phases.
Experiment: I did.
In a 250-mL round-bottom flask obtained 1 gram of an unknown Acid #1, 5 mL of Alcohol#2 and slowly drop by drop 1.5 mL of concentrated H2SO4. To promote even boiling and prevent boil over, placed 2-3 boiling chips in the flask. It refluxed for an hour. After an hour removed the heat mantle, let the mixture cool to a room temperature. In a 125 mL of separatory funnel added 25 mL of H2O, 20 mL of Dicloromethane and the mixture. It was mixed or shades 3 times and every time a pressure was released. Organic layer or bottom later was collected in 50 mL Erlenmeyer flask. Organic layer was separated again by adding 10 mL of NaHCO3. Once more to the organic layer 5 mL of H2O added and separated. To the organic layer 2 grams of drying agent added and paper filtered.
From this Experiment please calculate % yield. product I got 0.653 gram.
Please calculate The RF from the TLC and Draw TLC.
TLC results Acid: 33mm Acid+Sample: 35mm Sample: 40mm
