PART 2 – CORTICAL STRUCTURES PURPOSE: Through self-directed learning, you will appreciate and conceptualize structures of the brain from inferior to superior, and the relationship of the telencephalon to the other encephalons. METHOD: Navigate primal pictures, and visually “dissect” the brain from myelencephalon structures to telencephalon. RESULTS: Write-up your findings in a summative format, describing how the encephalons are organized from inferior/deep most structures to superior.
