Individual written assignment. Write 3-5 page research paper that assesses employers(Rainbow Hospice) project and procurement process.
Research a current local government (city, county or state level) project and procurement process. The paper should:
Describe its procurement process.
Outline the type(s) of contracts.
Assess the project and evaluate its procurement process & cost/budget.
​Sometimes government agencies have a manual to describe their procurement process in general. Sometimes there will be a project (such as building a new stadium) that has information on how to bid for specific contracts or materials.

It will look at how Symon was inspired by Walter Peyter’s Imaginary Portraits and why an author may create a fictional autobiography rather than an actual one, particularly in context to Symon’ life.
